Lalit Bhagia CEO, CONSULT

Lalit has led digital transformation and growth for companies like Star TV and Aditya Birla Financial Services group. He was also the brainchild behind Star’s OTT play (now called Hotstar). Prior to Star, Lalit was the Head-APAC at Digitas, where he single-handedly built and scaled Digitas across India and Southeast Asia. He led digital and integrated marketing strategy across APAC for clients such as HP, Intel, Cisco, Max Life, Frito Lays, ESPN and Star Sports.

Vivek Bhargava

Vivek is a digital entrepreneur and a digital marketing veteran with twenty years of experience. He is among the top voices of the digital industry in India and has helped shape the same. He built and scaled his own company, Communicate2, which he sold to DAN and has now rebranded as iProspect India. He now leads the Performance Marketing Group at Consult. He is also partnering with Lalit on Consult.

Narayan Devanathan

Narayan Devanathan is Group Executive & Strategy Officer of Dentsu South Asia. Based out of the Group’s Headquarters in Gurgaon, he is a key member of the leadership team at Dentsu and Dentsu Aegis Network, South Asia. In his group executive role, Narayan is the chief steward of the Dentsu brand in India and Sri Lanka, ensuring consistency of vision and output in line with Dentsu’s global philosophy of Good Innovation. He also plays the role of integrator with the other members of the Dentsu Aegis Network, both within and outside India, helping leverage the power of the network. In his group strategy role, Narayan drives a culture of effectiveness that delivers unmatched results for clients.

Ajay is an entrepreneurial executive who launched the first CRM, loyalty and database marketing programs in this part of the world in the ‘80s, and since implemented programs across over 50 countries globally. He started his career with pure play consulting to clients like Fedex, Limited Brands, Arnott’s, Syngenta globally and has advised them on business/technology roadmap . Milind has a Master’s Degree from University of Wisconsin, Madison, USA in Operations Research and is Bachelor of Production Engineer.
